    No, I do not participate in-network with any insurance plans. However, I can provide you with a super bill that you can submit for coverage if you have a PPO. You can check your mental health benefits, including deductibles and copays, with your insurance provider.

    I have an onsite practice in downtown Madison, Wisconsin, and I offer virtual visits (audio-visual) throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Arizona.
